April is the month of the Sinhalese and Tamil New Year... here is the #1 photo of today's New Year's Festival (taken by Adam). Adam just shot several pictures, one after the other, and when we were scrolling realized what he had captured on this one. It is NOT NICE to laugh at small children when they face-plant... but this kid's face is 8 inches from the ground, his body is completely horizontal, and he is still holding onto his Salvation Army "potato sack." (If I remember correctly, he bit it hard, then rolled, and ran.) If you look closely, to the far left, you can see the other kid who was already on the ground.
No children sustained (long-term) injuries during the taking of this photo. =)

WOW! That's a great picture! Isn't there an award out there or something for pictures like this?
Your all's pictures are awesome! I hadn't looked on here for a long time, so it was so neat to see all of your fun "adventures." Hope you all are doing well - you're in my prayers! Whitney
